We are seeking a proactive Insurance Intern within the Bancassurance Department to assist in mapping operational workflows, optimizing departmental processes, and strengthening frontline training programs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive efficiency and elevate overall business performance.

Key Deliverables

• Map out the current processes of all the workflows for Banca
• Identify the responsibilities of each team member
• Suggest ways to improve or automate processes
• Identify current training programs, materials, and events for the frontline
• Work with insurers and the Bancassurance team to enhance training processes and materials

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and analysis
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging presentations and training materials
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
