Job Description

Role Purpose

We're looking for a Assistant Manager/Lead – Integrated Campaigns Specialist who can turn a business priority into a campaign people actually remember.

At PU Prime, you'll work on some of our biggest brand and product moments — from new product launches and app campaigns to brand films, sponsorships, partnerships, seasonal moments and regional campaigns.

You'll be the campaign owner: shaping the strategy, finding the big idea, bringing the right teams together, and driving the campaign from brief through launch, optimisation and learning.

You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, creativity and execution. You should be comfortable moving between a strategy discussion with senior management, a creative review with an agency, a production timeline with external partners and a campaign performance report.

This is not a role for someone who only writes briefs or manages timelines.

We want someone who can think, challenge, build and make things happen.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrated Campaign Strategy & Architecture

Lead the strategic development of major PU Prime campaigns, translating business priorities into integrated marketing programmes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning for major PU Prime initiatives, including:
  • Product launches and adoption campaigns
  • Brand campaigns
  • App and customer experience campaigns
  • Strategic partnerships and sponsorship activations
  • Seasonal and tentpole campaigns
  • Regional and market-specific campaigns
  • Translate business objectives into a clear strategic framework: Business Objective Audience Insight Proposition Campaign Idea Campaign Architecture Channel Strategy Activation KPI
  • Develop campaign briefs, strategic recommendations and integrated campaign plans for management approval.
  • Develop the overall campaign architecture, defining how different channels, teams and activations work together as one campaign rather than as separate marketing activities.
  • Develop campaign narratives, messaging hierarchies and key communication moments across the customer journey.
  • Identify opportunities to build momentum before, during and after launch, rather than treating campaigns as one-off announcements.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales, BD and Regional Marketing to translate business priorities into compelling customer-facing campaigns.
  • Lead the marketing activation of brand-owned programmes such as Dream Fund (ESG), awards and strategic sponsorships, working with the programme owner to translate the initiative into a compelling external-facing story and integrated activation.
  • Ensure campaign strategy remains grounded in both brand relevance and commercial value.

2. Campaign Development & Execution

Own the campaign process from strategy through launch and ensure the campaign gets out into the world as intended.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop campaign concepts, creative territories and campaign narratives.
  • Turn strategic thinking into clear creative direction and actionable campaign briefs.
  • Brief internal creative/content teams and external agencies.
  • Coordinate campaign assets and deliverables across owned, earned and paid channels.
  • Build campaign timelines, milestones, dependencies and launch plans.
  • Manage production timelines, deliverables and budgets.
  • Identify execution gaps early and drive stakeholders toward resolution.
  • Ensure all campaign touchpoints communicate a consistent proposition, message and brand idea.
  • Maximise the value of campaign assets by identifying opportunities for adaptation, reuse and amplification across markets and channels.
  • Drive campaigns through to launch rather than stopping at strategy or creative development.

3. Cross-Functional Campaign Leadership

Act as the central campaign lead, bringing different marketing disciplines and business teams together around one campaign objective.

Work closely with Brand, Creative, Content, Social Media, KOL, PR, Performance Marketing, Product, Sales / BD, Regional Marketing, External agencies and production partners.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establish clear timelines, owners, dependencies and deliverables.
  • Ensure every stakeholder understands their role within the overall campaign.
  • Keep teams aligned around the central campaign idea and business objective.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional blockers before they impact launch.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets and external partners with minimal supervision.
  • Know when to involve the right specialist rather than attempting to own every channel personally.
  • Confidently present campaign strategies, creative recommendations and performance learnings to senior stakeholders.
  • Challenge stakeholders constructively when activity is not contributing meaningfully to the campaign objective.

This is an integrated campaign role, not a channel specialist role. You do not need to be the best person in the room at paid media, Social, PR or KOLs — but you need to understand how each discipline contributes to a campaign and know how to bring the right specialists together.

4. Campaign Performance & Optimisation

Ensure campaigns are measured against meaningful outcomes and that learnings feed into future work.

Responsibilities include working with Performance Marketing and relevant teams to evaluate campaign performance.

  • Define appropriate campaign KPIs based on the campaign objective.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimisation opportunities during activation.
  • Turn campaign data and qualitative feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • Build a continuous learning loop so each campaign improves the next.

5. Creative & Production Leadership

Bring strong creative judgement to the campaign and lead internal or external creative and production partners where required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and articulate strong campaign concepts and creative territories.
  • Write clear creative briefs that translate strategy into compelling creative direction.
  • Evaluate creative proposals and provide strategic, constructive feedback.
  • Distinguish between an idea that is genuinely strong and one that merely sounds good on paper.
  • Know when to push an idea further — and when to reject an idea that is not strong enough.
  • Lead external partners such as Creative agencies, Production houses, Film / video teams, Freelancers, Designers, Event production partners.
  • Manage quotations, scope and production budgets where required.
  • Manage production timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure final output meets PU Prime's strategic and brand standards.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise the reuse and value of campaign assets across channels and markets.

What We're Looking For

You have 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand, advertising, digital, product marketing or a related field.

Experience in fintech, trading, financial services, technology or other regulated industries is a plus, but great campaign thinking matters more than industry pedigree.

More importantly, you:

  1. Think strategically but love execution. You can zoom out to understand the big picture and zoom in when the details matter. You don't stop at a strategy deck and you know how to turn strategy into something that gets launched.
  2. Have strong creative judgement. You can recognise a genuinely strong idea, explain why it works and aren't afraid to say when something isn't good enough.
  3. Know how to make complex things simple. You can understand technical products and complicated propositions, then turn them into a clear story that customers can understand and want to engage with.
  4. Have strong product and customer sense. You care about the customer experience, not just the marketing around it. You can identify what is genuinely valuable to customers and spot when the marketing promise does not match the product experience.
  5. Have high ownership. You don't wait for someone to tell you the next step. You identify what needs to happen, make the recommendation and drive it forward.
  6. Can operate without a playbook. We're building, testing and figuring things out. You enjoy ambiguity and are comfortable creating structure where none exists.
  7. Have excellent communication skills. You have strong written and verbal English communication skills and can communicate clearly with both creative and commercial stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first six months, you should be able to:

  • Take a business or brand priority and independently turn it into an integrated campaign strategy.
  • Lead a campaign from initial brief through launch without the Brand Manager needing to manage the details.
  • Bring together Social, Content, KOL, PR, Performance, Product, Sales and Regional teams around one campaign idea.
  • Raise the quality of campaign concepts and creative output.
  • Identify gaps and potential problems before they become execution issues.
  • Build campaigns that create momentum across multiple channels rather than isolated marketing activities.
  • Use campaign data and post-campaign learnings to improve future campaigns.
  • Build stronger campaign processes that allow PU Prime to move faster and produce better work.
  • Become a trusted campaign partner to the Brand Manager and wider marketing team.
