Integrated Marketing Manager (Brand)

We're looking for a strong integrated marketer to lead end-to-end 360° brand campaigns that drive both brand impact and business outcomes.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end 360° integrated brand campaigns, from strategy to execution, that establish Moomoo as the market leader in the fintech industry in Malaysia. You will act as the campaign owner, responsible for building full-funnel, multi-channel brand systems that translate into measurable business impact, and work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution across all touchpoints.
You will collaborate closely with teams across Malaysia and globally, so you must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-market environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead End-to-End 360° Integrated CampaignsOwn the full lifecycle of 360° integrated brand campaigns: strategy, planning, execution, optimisation, and post-campaign evaluationDevelop integrated campaign frameworks across Paid, Owned, Earned channelsBuild clear campaign architecture (messaging, audience, channel roles, asset mapping, flighting)Ensure strong translation of core campaigns into channel-specific creatives and formatsOptimise campaigns in-flight based on performance data and insightsDeliver against brand and business KPIsCross-Functional Integration & GovernanceCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver fully integrated, multi-channel campaignsAct as the central point of integration, aligning stakeholders to a unified strategy, messaging system, and execution planDrive execution governance: timelines, deliverables, budget tracking, and quality controlEnsure consistency and coordination across all campaign touchpointsBrand Flagship Activation LeadLead the strategy, planning and execution of our flagship 360 brand activation (Moofest). Develop integrated activation strategies that connect offline experiences with digital amplification, in app, offline and online. Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality, high-impact brand moments that strengthen credibility and engagementEnsure activations are measurable and tied to business outcomesMarket & Competitive InsightsTrack competitor campaigns and activities across Malaysia's financial services landscapeAnalyse competitor strategies and market shifts to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the teamShare regular reports on competitor learnings to inform brand strategy and campaign optimisationStay on top of the latest branding and marketing trends, particularly in digital, social, and fintech spaces. Conduct regular updates and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the team informed and ahead of market trendsMeasurement & OptimisationDefine clear measurement frameworks for all campaignsTrack performance across Brand and business metricsTranslate data into actionable insights to improve future campaignsTrack, measure, and optimise marketing effectiveness to ensure maximum impact and ROI
Requirements
- Strong track record in leading 360° integrated brand campaigns end-to-end (strategy → execution → optimisation) track record of working across multiple channels and stakeholders to deliver unified campaigns
- Highly structured thinker with strong project management discipline
- Strong capability in Campaign strategy development, Channel planning & integration, Messaging and creative frameworks
- Hands-on experience in brand activations, and event marketing, including large-scale campaigns and activations
- Minimum 5-7 years in integrated marketing role, preferably in fintech, or high-growth digital platforms
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; fluency in Chinese is a plus
- Passing an internal financial products e-learning assessment during the probation period is mandatory (training provided).
- Passionate about investing and market trends; personal investing experience is a plus
