INTEGRATION DEVELOPER (1 Headcount)

Department Overview
The Digital Integration Department is responsible for developing and managing integrations that connect various systems across the group. The team ensures accurate and reliable data exchange between applications, supporting both daily operations and key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using an enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) to enable seamless data and process flows across multiple systems.
- Develop integrations with strong consideration for performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration designs, mapping documents, and operational guidelines, aligned with departmental standards.
- Provide operational and production support for existing integrations by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
- Support deployments, system migrations, and upgrades, ensuring smooth implementation and stability in production environments.
- Adhere to established development standards, participate in code reviews, and proactively clarify requirements or raise potential concerns when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience in data and system integration, preferably using enterprise iPaaS platforms such as Informatica or Boomi.
- Solid knowledge of integration technologies and patterns, including APIs, message brokers, publish/subscribe (pub/sub), and data formats such as XML and JSON.
- Experience in .NET development or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, batch scripting, or similar) is an advantage, particularly for supporting or extending integration solutions.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong documentation and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a senior-level role.
