DEPARTMENT FOCUS
The Digital Integration Department builds and operates integrations that connect systems across the Rockwool Group. We ensure data moves accurately and reliably between applications, supporting day-to-day operations as well as larger business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions on an enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), supporting data and process flows across multiple systems.
- Build integrations with a strong focus on performance, scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including integration designs, mapping specifications, and operational guides, in line with departmental standards.
- Provide operational and production support for existing integrations, including troubleshooting, issue analysis, and implementation of fixes or improvements.
- Participate in deployments, migrations, and upgrades, and ensure smooth transitions into production environments.
- Follow agreed development standards, participate in code reviews, and proactively clarify requirements or raise concerns when something is unclear or problematic.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in data and system integration, ideally using an enterprise iPaaS (e.g. Informatica or Boomi).
- Strong understanding of integration technologies and patterns, including APIs, message brokers, pub/sub, and data interchange formats such as XML and JSON.
- Experience with .NET development and/or scripting (e.g. PowerShell, batch, or similar) is a plus, particularly when supporting or extending integration solutions.
- A proactive team player with a positive, solution-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively and take ownership when needed.
- Ability to document solutions clearly and communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a more senior position.
