Integration Lead

. Shape technology strategies and transformation initiatives by applying expertise in enterprise technology, emerging digital trends, architecture, and IT operating models.

. Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot implementations to validate innovative approaches and define strategies for scaling successful solutions.

. Translate complex technology concepts into practical recommendations and clearly communicate strategic and technical concepts to senior stakeholders and diverse audiences.

. Develop thought leadership, strategic insights, and technology propositions that contribute to technology strategy and industry practices.

. Apply strong analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, business acumen, and industry knowledge to develop solutions aligned with business objectives.

. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and build strong stakeholder relationships to support successful delivery of complex business and technology transformations.

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

. Minimum of 11 years of relevant industry experience in technology, consulting, enterprise architecture, business transformation, or related areas.

. Experience supporting large-scale consulting or transformation engagements, combining strategic insight with practical implementation.

. Demonstrated experience managing teams and projects in dynamic, technology-driven environments.

. Strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends, with the ability to apply technology to complex business challenges.

. Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

. Ability to develop strategic technology recommendations and establish effective relationships with clients, senior stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams.
