Reporting & Issue Management

  • Provide weekly reports to the client's technical team covering open actions, risks, issues, and decisions requiring input.
  • Support weekly update calls focusing on open actions, escalations, and cross-team alignment.
  • Track status against scope, schedule, and budget baselines while highlighting emerging variances.
  • Build consolidated dashboards for integration milestones, commissioning readiness, and risk posture.
  • Recommend corrective actions for deviations impacting timeline, technical integration, or quality.

Programme Management & Change Control

  • Direct and assess change management processes for scope or schedule impacts.
  • Review progress against agreed programme milestones and coordinate interface requirements with contract teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain the programme baseline and proactively identify critical-path risks.
  • Coordinate exception planning for urgent activities or integration conflicts.
  • Ensure all commissioning prerequisites are met before key delivery checkpoints.

Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Run weekly coordination sessions and project coordination meetings to review outstanding actions and manage cross-discipline interfaces.
  • Engage with the commissioning team as the coordination point for commissioning-phase activities.
  • Maintain a structured communication framework to ensure consistent information flow across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution between contractors and technical teams to unblock dependencies.
  • Ensure the service provider and client technical team remain aligned from planning through commissioning.

Safety & Site Governance

  • Provide reporting on site safety and promote best-practice approaches across the project.
  • Conduct regular site walks and verify compliance with HSE protocols.
  • Support incident management and corrective action implementation.
  • Promote a culture of operational safety across all field teams.

Logistics & Operational Support

  • Assist with project logistics management.
  • Oversee suitability of storage, staging, and material handling processes.
  • Support operational handover preparation including documentation, asset verification, and final technical sign-offs.

Workload & Availability Requirements

  • Full-time presence: 5 days per week, 22 working days per month.
