Required Qualifications

•       Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with at least one integration/middleware or IT operations platform (ManageEngine, Boomi, MuleSoft, Informatica, ServiceNow, or equivalent)

•       Demonstrated ability to lead technical solutioning and customer-facing workshops in enterprise environments

•       Strong understanding of integration patterns: API-led connectivity, event-driven architecture, publish/subscribe, ETL/ELT

•       Functional consulting or solution design experience, translating business requirements into technical solutions

•       Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their native integration services

•       At least one active platform certification (ManageEngine, Boomi Professional, ServiceNow CSA, or equivalent)

•       Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences

•       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Key Responsibilities

•       Lead technical solutioning and architecture design for integration and service management engagements across ASEAN

•       Own end-to-end deal pursuit for Primary platforms (ManageEngine, Boomi), from demo through PoC to proposal

•       Support and progressively lead solutioning for Secondary platforms (ServiceNow, Solace) as capability deepens

•       Design integration patterns (iPaaS, event-driven, hybrid) and IT operations architectures tailored to customer requirements

•       Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional consulting to inform solution design

•       Collaborate with Solution Architects, Practice Leads, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff from catalyst consulting to implementation

•       Maintain and grow partner certifications, prioritising Primary platforms and extending to Secondary within 12 months

•       Build reusable solution accelerators, reference architectures, and enablement materials for the broader practice

•       Support partner co-sell motions with ManageEngine, Boomi, ServiceNow, and Solace alliance teams

•       Provide technical input to commercial proposals, pricing models, and effort estimates

•       Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and upskilling programs
