About This Role
We're looking for an Integration Support Engineer to support our technical merchant integrations. You will be acting as the interface between our operations, tech, and commercial team, driving merchant integrations. Our ideal candidate is well structured and organized, has some project management experience, and is happy to help both team members and our merchants overcome potential challenges. You have an affinity for retail, digital commerce or technology.
Responsibilities
- Drive merchant integrations and act as the interface between operations, tech, and commercial teams
- Manage multiple concurrent integration projects with conflicting priorities and sometimes under tight timelines
- Resolve merchant's issues in a timely manner
- Liaising with key internal stakeholders and external clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of REST API concepts and able to review log files
- Willingness to deep dive on technical challenges, including digging through logs on occasion
- Strong communication skills, in both persuasion and presentation
Good-to-Have
- Experience with one (or more) of the following plugins: Wordpress / WooCommerce, Prestashop, Magento, Hybris
- Project management experience
- Experience using log analyzing tools (e.g. Splunk)
- Experience with payments-related products
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms
