Intercontinental Public Affairs Officer

Job Description:

1. Oversee the implementation of JD Logistics international public affairs strategy, establishing communication channels with overseas destination governments to ensure the secure establishment and compliant operation of international operations.

2. Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant government departments in overseas destination countries, participate in government-related activities, uphold favourable relations with pertinent authorities, and enhance the company's influence at governmental levels.

3. Conduct in-depth research into destination countries policies, regulations, and industry developments concerning logistics and related sectors, providing policy foundations and risk alerts to inform corporate decision-making. Interpret the implications of target country policies and regulations on business operations, proposing corresponding response strategies.

4. Promptly address and manage government relations-related emergencies. Coordinate internal and external resources to effectively resolve crises, minimise adverse impacts on the company, and ensure smooth business operations.

5. Maintain close communication with business departments, coordinating inter-departmental collaboration to jointly advance government-related projects and activities.
