Key responsibilities

Own design direction from concept, design development to IFC

Present concepts and design rationale directly to clients

Work closely with project & site teams to resolve design-to-construction issues

Ensure design intent is maintained through value engineering and execution

Lead detailing, materials selection, and authority coordination where required

Mentor junior designers and influence studio design standards
