The intern will assist in creating engaging communication materials, coordinating communication campaigns, and ensuring timely dissemination of information to agency leaders and agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and proofreading communication materials, including email announcements, newsletters, articles, and presentation slides.
  • Support the preparation and distribution of agency communications through various communication channels.
  • Coordinate and track communication requests from stakeholders across Agency Distribution.
  • Assist in organizing agency events, town halls, webinars, and engagement initiatives.
  • Design simple communication visuals, infographics, and presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and other communication tools.
  • Support content management and maintenance of communication repositories and distribution lists.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and compile engagement metrics and feedback reports.
  • Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks to support the Agency Communications team.

Requirements


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is an added advantage.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, creative, and willing to learn.
