What You'll Do
As a Campaign Marketing Intern, you'll help strengthen Traveloka's organic social media presence by creating engaging content, supporting campaign execution, and uncovering insights that help grow our communities across Southeast Asia.
- Support the execution of organic social media campaigns by creating and scheduling platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, and Telegram, ensuring consistent publishing aligned with campaign calendars.
- Build an engaged online community by monitoring comments, engaging with followers, and identifying audience sentiment and emerging trends to inform the team.
- Measure campaign performance by tracking key social media metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, CVR), analyzing platform and Google Analytics data, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Assist in producing creative assets, including graphics, short-form videos, and copywriting that align with Traveloka's brand guidelines.
- Research social media trends, platform updates, and relevant industry developments to identify opportunities for more engaging and effective campaigns.
- Collaborate with Campaign Marketing and cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing activations where social media plays a supporting role.
What You'll Bring
- You have a genuine interest in social media—you follow trends, recognize engaging content, and have a point of view on what works across different platforms.
- You have experience with design and video editing through past internships, school projects, or personal social media, with proficiency in Canva and familiarity with CapCut.
- You are comfortable working with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs and Slides).
- You have strong written English communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- You are organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
