Intern (Assistant Engineer, Turnaround & Reliability)

What Will You Be Doing

• Build the Matrix (Dashboards & Analytics): Flex your tech skills by building visually stunning, high-impact dashboards for MAXIMO and Maintenance/Reliability KPIs using Power BI, Google Looker Studio, or Maximo-Reliability Analytics.
• Fix the Supply Chain Glitch: Build a bulletproof tracking system to sync and streamline inventory data across multiple warehouses (DHL, CMS, Air Gas and Carrier Gas sites). No lost parts on your watch.
• Predict the Future: Create a continuous monitoring system for equipment under deferment - helping us catch issues before they happen.
• Call the Shots on Turnarounds: Get hands-on experience planning massive plant turnarounds and shut-down maintenance. You will learn how an ASU, Hydrogen, and Carrier gas plant actually operates from the inside out.
• Level Up Our Systems: Support maintenance maturity assessments and optimize Maximo data to keep us running like a well-oiled machine.

Who Are We Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Analytical and good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and flexibility to work on different projects
