JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to develop and coordinate digital assets, creative materials, and visual content required for the new website.
• Support content updates and other activities aimed at enhancing the overall customer onboarding experience.
• Assist in planning and executing campaign activities.
• Identify and coordinate potential sponsorship opportunities to attract customer participation and drive traffic to the Find Astro campaign.
• Support customer base extraction, campaign tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Assist in facilitating contract renewal activities to drive revenue growth and protect the existing customer base approaching contract expiry.
• Provide support for re-contract fulfilment and related administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:

Who You Are:

• Demonstrates leadership potential and the ability to take initiative.
• Currently studies in Bachelor's of Business Management, Mass Communication, Data Analysis and similar.

• Able to manage tasks independently and drive projects to completion.

• Positive, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
