Role Description – Building Surveying

This is a full-time, on-site internship position for a Building Surveying Intern based in Johor Bahru. The intern will support the team in carrying out property inspections, site assessments, and preparation of inspection reports.

Key responsibilities include assisting in building surveys, documenting inspection findings, conducting basic data analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and safety standards. The intern will also provide support to senior surveyors in day-to-day operations and site activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building surveying practices, property inspection methods, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in technical skills such as data analysis, measurement, and report writing.
• Familiarity with software and tools used for survey documentation and analysis.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.
• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Building Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is ideal.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic working environments.
