Job Description

Do customer service tasks:
Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information about products and services
Process Orders orders accurately.
Handling Administrative Tasks Input customer and order details into the system.
Keep records accurate and up-to-date.
Business Administration Tasks:Market Research:Conduct research on customer preferences and market trends
Assist with business projects and provide administrative help.
Participate in creating video and photo content for advertising
