Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the registration of new agents, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Support the issuance of bulk terminations from credit control, helping to maintain up-to-date agent records.
  • Aid in the termination of Cash Before Cover (CBC) and non-renewal processes, following established guidelines.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents for new agents, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Support the Agent Service Desk team with indexing and document management tasks.
  • Review existing SOPs and guidelines, providing feedback to ensure they are in line with current regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in implementing updates to SOPs and guidelines as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Able to commit for a minimum period of at least 3 months.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support multiple tasks.
  • Professional attitude and discretion when handling confidential information.
