Job Purpose Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Channel Planning Strategy and Analytics team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management planning and execution within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will support the team in various initiatives, primarily related to Project Dragon, and will have the chance to interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This role is designed for a proactive individual eager to learn and contribute to the successful and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Market Research & Analysis:

• Assisting in gathering and analysing market data, demographic trends, and competitor activities to identify potential branch locations or optimization opportunities.
• Supporting research into emerging branch concepts and customer preferences.

Data Compilation & Presentation:

• Compiling data for internal reports and presentations related to branch performance and network efficiency.
• Assisting in the preparation of visuals and summaries for committee updates.

Project Support:

• Providing administrative and coordination support for ongoing branch transformation projects (e.g., branch opening and branch closure).
• Assisting with documentation and tracking of project milestones.

Strategic Planning Assistance:

• Contributing to brainstorming sessions for new branch formats (e.g., C1, C4 concepts) and service delivery models.
• Supporting the team in developing strategic recommendations.
