Purpose of the Role:
Performed standard operating procedure documentation for commercialization team for trade return policy and finance eg Accrual process etc. Price maintenance Gross to Net or new supply price maintenance validation for all clients after calibration with Brand managers.
What You'll Do :
- Internal stakeholder and business partner: Fosters close working relationships with Commercialization Brand managers and Finance team to understand process workflow and documented into standard operating procedure aligned with the organization. Calibrate price maintenance from Gross to Net with Brand managers and ensure accurately maintain in systems.
- Trade Return and other finance SOP:
- Working closely with brand managers to document down the trade return policy standard operating procedure and approval authorization on trade return.
- Documentation of finance SOP eg advertising and promotion, rebate/volume discount accrual process procedure cascade to Brand managers.
- Price maintenance:
- Calibrate Gross to Net Price maintenance across brands and clients. Ensure accurate Gross to Net or new supply price maintenance in SAP system
Attributes Required:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance related field.
- SAP system process
- Microsoft office: Excel, Word and Powerpoint
