JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

What You Will Do:

Content Creation & Support:

• Assistin creating content forour creator networkacross platforms (TikTok, Instagram, web).

• Support development of content angles, hooks, and formats.

• Help with basic visuals, thumbnails, and simple content edits.

• Work with the team to translate products and campaigns into engaging content.

Creator NetworkAcquisition:

• Identify, engage, and onboard relevant content creators across theTikTokplatform in Malaysia.

• Build andmaintainstrong relationship as well as long-term partnership with creators.

• Able to support or lead in creator initiatives such as engagements,eventsand other related creator programs.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

• Assistwithend-to-endlivestreamcampaign planningand execution with creators.

• Support in negotiate rates, contracts, and campaign deliverables to ensure smooth collaboration between creators,brandsand Astro IPs.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, client services, analytics) to ensure seamless execution of creator-related projects.

Proposal & Creative Support:

• Assistin building decks (PowerPoint/Canva) for internal and client presentations.

• Create simple visuals ormock-upsfor internal use.

Research & Insights:

• Support research onTikToktrends,livestream trends,competitor activities, and content ideas.

• Maintain and update creator management systems and databases foraccuratereporting and forecasting.

Who You Are:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.

• Interested in content creation and familiar with social media trends (TikTok, IG, YouTube).

• Basic skills in Canva or similar tools.

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently with guidance and in a team.

• Basic knowledge oflivestream, content creatormarketing orthe digital landscapeis a plus (but not mandatory).
