Job Summary

This internship provides exposure to customer database systems, CRM, and the GL Lifestyle mobile application. The intern will support the Assistant Manager in handling basic enquiries, documenting system issues, assisting with user feedback collection, and helping with digital enhancement initiatives. The role offers a combination of hands-on tasks and opportunities to learn about digital systems in the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recording and tracking enquiries from sales and CRM system users, escalating complex issues to the Assistant Manager.
  • Provide basic support to GL Lifestyle app users, such as helping log issues and guiding users on common functions.
  • Document troubleshooting cases, system updates, and resolution timelines for easy reference.
  • Support in coordinating with vendors by preparing simple reports, reminders, and issue summaries.
  • Assist in collecting and compiling feedback from salespersons on CRM and sales system usage.
  • Help prepare training aids (slides, guides, FAQs) for refresher sessions on CRM and sales systems.
  • Participate in simple testing of new app/system features and document test results.
  • Conduct competitor research on customer apps or digital touchpoints and present key findings.
  • Support in updating or checking marketing content and project details in the GL Lifestyle app.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and system enhancement discussions.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, with opportunities to learn from the Assistant Manager and Manager.

Learning Exposure

  • Gain practical experience in CRM, mobile apps, and digital touchpoints in property development.
  • Learn how system support and troubleshooting are managed in real-world settings.
  • Exposure to cross-department collaboration (Sales, Township, Project Marketing, Facility Management).

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

Skills & Abilities

  • Basic interest/knowledge in mobile apps, CRM systems, or customer engagement tools.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
