Be the middle PIC handle customer booking/ request and liaise with internal team such as Operation team (transport, Export docs, Handling, Custom (CDZ) for shipment arrangement then need to keep update customer for shipment status in email or report. Target candidates have good communication skills, candidate have logistics study background will be more advance.
