Role Description

• Task Tracking: Update the central log, set deadlines, and follow up daily on team deliverables.
• Escalations & Reporting: Flag overdue items to leadership and draft weekly status summaries on open work and blockers.
• Meeting Support: Record meeting minutes and convert them into trackable action items.
• Executive Admin: Track upcoming deadlines, schedules, and recurring tasks to keep leadership organized.
• Customer Feedback: Conduct survey outreach to parents, follow up on NPS, and summarize findings.
• Team Assistance: Pitch in with daily CX/CS operations during busy or short-staffed periods.
• Documentation: Keep SOPs, templates, and reference guides organized and up to date.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with families, caregivers, and internal teams.
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Analytical Skills to interpret feedback, identify patterns in customer experience, and propose improvements.
• Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Comfort with using basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or customer support platforms).
• Interest in childcare, family services, or customer experience, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
