CompAsia is a digital and technology company that provides end-to-end solutions for certified pre-owned devices focusing on the mobile phone life-cycle value chain. Our focus is on delivering a mobile phone lifecycle experience not limited to Trading, Financing and Insurance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Customer communication:Answer customer inquiries via multiple channels, such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
  • Issue resolution:Help resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to a senior team member when necessary.
  • Administrative support:Assist the customer service team with administrative duties, including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Information delivery:Provide accurate and clear information about the company's products, services, or policies to customers.
  • Operational assistance:Help with order processing, returns, or logistical tasks related to customer fulfillment.
  • Product knowledge:Learn about the company's offerings to effectively assist customers and troubleshoot problems

Skill sets:

  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Interpersonal skills:The ability to remain patient and empathetic, especially when dealing with frustrated customers.
  • Tech proficiency:Competence with basic computer programs (such as Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn how to use company-specific software and CRM systems.
  • Adaptability:The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to different customer communication styles.
  • Teamwork:The ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
  • Attitude:A positive, customer-focused mindset with a strong desire to learn
