Job Description (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

  • Perform daily customer service (CS) duties
  • Assist with trucking arrangements
  • Create jobs in CW1 system
  • Coordinate shipments with customers and internal departments
  • Send pre-alerts for import and export shipments
  • Monitor shipment status
  • Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior
