Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director in driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for clients and the Director to facilitate effective communication and engagement.
  • To ensure administrative reports and documentations are complete, accurate and up-to-date at all times
  • Prepare reports, presentations and proposals with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and delivery of services.
  • Coordinate and support campaigns, event and workshop.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and project support as assigned by the Director.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
  • Willing to travel if required.
