We are looking for an Intern in Malaysia who will support the Financial Accounting & Analysis team in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing activities, financial reporting and compliance matters while gaining practical experience in a professional finance environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in month-end financial close activities and day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation of invoices, journal entries, accounting documents, balance sheet schedules, and reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting materials.
• Support compliance activities, including external audit, tax reporting, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as required

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and attention to detail.
• Able to complete minimum of 6 months.
