What your typical day will look like:

This internship is designed for individuals who are interested in workplace operations, administration, and employee experience. As an Office Administration Intern, you will work closely with the Office Administration team to support day-to-day office operations, coordinate workplace activities, and contribute to creating a well-organised and engaging work environment while gaining hands-on experience in administrative and operational processes.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Support daily office operations by assisting with workplace coordination, facilities arrangements, and general administrative activities to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.
  • Assist with workplace coordination including meeting room bookings, workspace setup, office logistics, and employee support requests.
  • Coordinate office supplies and vendor management activities, including inventory tracking, stationery orders, vendor deliveries, and maintenance follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support through accurate record keeping, document management, data entry, tracker maintenance, and preparation of reports or presentations.
  • Support employee engagement activities such as townhalls, celebrations, and office events through event coordination, logistics support, and communication materials.
  • Assist with new joiner onboarding support, including workspace preparation, orientation arrangements, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management on operational matters while supporting visitor management and reception activities when required.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects to enhance administrative efficiency and overall workplace experience.

A bit about you:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management, Communications, or a related field, with availability for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • Strong customer service mindset with an interest in workplace operations, employee experience, and corporate administration.
