Your new role

We're looking for interns to join our Hays Malaysia team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop practical skills, and learn what it takes to succeed in a global organisation. You'll play a key role in supporting our business operations and working alongside industry professionals.

The internship is full-time for a duration of three months. There are two opportunities available:

Hays KLCC office, commencing in December 2025.

Hays Sunway office, commencing in February 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Generate business performance reports for stakeholders
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day running
  • Track office supply stocks and place orders when needed
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
  • Provide ad-hoc office support whenever necessary
