Ansell is looking for a Intern, HR to join our team in Melaka, Malaysia.
In this position you will play a vital role in support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR administration. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to key HR processes in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibility: -
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial phone interviews.
- Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and organizing orientation sessions.
Employee Records & HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Assist with preparing and organizing HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and training materials.
- Help with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
Training & Development:
- Assist in organizing training sessions and employee workshops.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Support the coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
- Help with internal communications and employee surveys.
- Assist with recognition programs and employee welfare initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Assist in ensuring that HR practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and assist with HR-related reports and presentations.
General HR Support:
- Provide administrative support to HR team members.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and assist in resolving employee-related issues.
- Support various HR-related projects as needed.

What you will bring
- Diploma / bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, charts) and PowerPoint
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
