Ansell is looking for a Supply Chain Intern to join our team in Ayer Keroh, Melaka!

What your role will be

• Convert Purchase Requests (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO) in the system.
• Follow up on the delivery status of general items.
• Source suppliers for general items.
• Provide administrative support for filing and maintain 5S (organization, cleanliness, and efficiency).
• Manage and update the supplier database.
• Maintain the open agreements filing system.
• Conduct vendor audits.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects as required.
• Work with internal teams such as procurement and warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and update supply chain data, reports, and documentation.

What will you bring to Ansell

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and Microsoft Words.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
