Intern, HR

Job Description:

• To assist HR department in day-to-day tasks.
• Responsible for recruitment (sourcing resumes, scheduling in-person interviews)
• Schedule interviews for both internal and external candidates
• Support team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, event coordination, scheduling meetings, etc.)
• Assist team with preparation of materials
• Other related ad-hoc activities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot issues with strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Willing to work in MCT Tower, USJ Subang
