Intern HR Group Functions Compensations & Benefits

We are looking for an engagedStudent Intern for our Group Functions HR Compensation & Benefits department based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to peek intoglobal HR C&B processes and a plethora of different HR topics, such as year-end process, reporting, data analysis, digitalization and grading processes.

Key Tasks / Alternatively: In this role you will:

• Support team with Compensation Connect system (merit increment tool)
• Support the year-end share points site creations
• Support the year-end data collection, cleanup, and validation.
• Support the year-end process administration in the regions with merit or bonus
• Support with overall reporting requests, e.g. running and distributing myTW reports
• Support the off-cycle merit increment tem plate
• Support the ESP administration process, e.g. consent form, update HRGT

Qualifications & Key Requirements / Alternatively: Our perfect match:

• You are characterized by a high motivation, a quick grasp of things, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and a target-oriented approach
• Ideally, you have already gained practical experience within HR or other departments with, reporting or learning and development
• You value working within a team and you are able to successfully & proactively apply your analytical and communicative abilities within a project team
• You pay attention to details
• Next to excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint), you are familiar with Power BI and using platforms and systems overall
• You gained experience is setting up sharepoints
• You have very good English language skills, any other language is an advantage
• You are available full-time, mobile work is also possible
• You are currently in the final year of your Bachelor's or Master's degreein the field of Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Finance or any comparable program
• You are available for 6 -12months
