What You'll Be Doing -
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities, including employee town halls, onboarding and off boarding, health/financial talks, webinars, CSRs, team building and etc.
- Support career fairs, campus recruitment programs, and industry networking events.as part of our employer branding efforts.
- Provide administrative support in HR-related tasks, including maintaining HR records, preparing presentations, and tracking employee participation in initiatives.
- Support office facility and admin matters, including but not limited to tracking of internal work orders, facility audits and maintenance works.
- Ad hoc tasks and involvement in other HR initiatives.
About you:
- Currently a student in any discipline, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Psychology and/or Business Administration Degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and ability to contribute innovative ideas for engagement and branding strategies.
- Resourceful, self-starter and a good team player.
- Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
- Experience in social media management or content creation is a plus.
