Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Intern in Human Resources, located in Petaling Jaya. The HR Intern will have an opportunity for an HR Intern to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong understanding of the full spectrum of Human Resource Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in HR continuous Improvement initiative.
• Assist in managing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support the recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, shortlisting, coordinate for background check etc.
• Support the employee engagement activities.
• Maintain and update employees personal particulars and other relevant database.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources (Year 3 or Final Year students preferred).
• Availability for an internship of up to 6 months.
