Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Intern will support the MarCom team in executing marketing initiatives, content creation, event coordination, and digital marketing activities. This role provides hands-on experience in branding, communication, design support, and e-commerce activities within the healthcare industry.

Job Description

  • Marketing & Communication Support
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and corporate communication content.
  • Support branding consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Assist in drafting internal announcements, newsletters, and write-ups for company events.
  • Digital & Social Media Support
  • Create and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Assist with basic design work using Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe tools.
  • Monitor engagement and help compile monthly performance reports.
  • E-Commerce & Online Platforms
  • Support product listing updates and content optimisation on platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
  • Assist in organizing product photos, descriptions, and pricing updates.
  • Help track order issues, customer inquiries, and performance reports.
  • Event Coordination
  • Assist in planning, setup, and coordination of internal and external events (exhibitions, conferences, trainings, company activities).
  • Support in preparing event materials, registration lists, and photo/video documentation.
  • Administrative & General Support
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and maintaining the marketing archive.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments when required.
  • Perform any other MarCom-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.
