Job Description

Internship Summary:

  • Assist in sourcing and conducting initial screening of applications.
  • Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth process for interview.
  • Assist in planning and executing talent acquisition as well as employer branding strategies and projects.
  • Assist in campus engagement activities and preparation.
  • Assist to engage and liaise with universities and colleges for potential collaboration.
  • Brainstorm and propose content and engagement activities for employer branding.
  • Develop, design, and conceptualise creative content to support employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings and support projects or ad hoc tasks related to Human Capital.

Requirements -

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Human Resources, Psychology, or Business related field.
  • Internship duration of 4 to 6 months is preferred.
  • Active in clubs & societies or good in presentation skills is an added advantage.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to commute to Subang Jaya.
  • Creative, independent, out-spoken and highly responsible.
