Job Description

Main Responsibility

  • Assist in enhancing investment process flows, particularly with new processes and technical measures that are updated periodically.
  • Propose simplification / automation opportunities for consideration if deemed fits.
  • Assist in updates on Prima system
  • Support the limit monitoring enhancement project for IRGG by helping to build reporting structures for each fund and individual fund manager monitoring.
  • Monitoring and Compiling on IRGG reports
  • Aid in the Prima system updating process, working with the Finance Department to further improve investment process flows as required by EY/Finance.
  • To have close communication with Finance on Prima matters for any relevant updating

Compliance (this is compulsory section)

Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant Company, Regional and Generali policies and procedures

Information Security (IS):

Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality, and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards

  • Perform risk analysis to determine risk and potential business impacts
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with Information System Security Manager on all Information System Security activities within department

.Ensure compliance on Information System Security standards and Information System Security guidelines are adhere to within department

Qualification and Experience Requirement

  • Preferably Degree in Investment/Accounting or related field
  • Analytical skills and statistical understanding
  • Basic knowledge of Investment/Accounting.
