We have an exciting internship opportunity within Investment Operations – Corporate Action & Data Maintenance team, to help provides hands-on experience in supporting corporate action processing and maintaining accurate investment data for funds and clients. The intern will assist with daily operational tasks, regulatory reporting, and system data support, gaining practical exposure to investment operations and compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with basic corporate action updates and monitoring in internal systems.
  • Support daily data maintenance and price checks in PFI and CRIMS.
  • Help review data quality (missing, stale, duplicate, or unusual prices).
  • Assist with trade uploads, fund pricing, and maintaining reference data (securities, portfolios, accounts, fees, taxes, etc.).
  • Support regulatory reporting and preparation of simple monthly reports.
  • Assist in trustee, custodian, and service provider reviews.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's or master's degree student with a major in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Other disciplines are also considered. CFA qualification is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of finance, economics, accounting, trading, or fund pricing concepts (coursework or projects are sufficient).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg or statistical tools is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Able to complete a minimum of 6 months internship.
