Job Description
This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Industrial Project Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.
During this internship, you would be learning from our senior experts. Your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Industrial Project.
. Undertakes autonomously defined procedures/clerical duties in Customer Service.
. Manage customer reports, provide quality trace & track services to all parties.
. Work with the customers to identify and incorporate their evolving needs in account servicing.
. Provides support to Specialist or Manager Proactively inform customers on shipment delays and potential service failures.
. Prepare written correspondence to customers when required to furnish information requested by customers or in dealing with complaint resolution.
. Work closely with approved vendor or carrier for booking and trucking of shipment arrangement.
. Co-ordinate day-to-day enquiries and shipment activities and reporting.
. Proactively inform customers on shipment delays and potential service failures.
Requirements
. Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain.
. Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
. Negotiation and Interpersonal skills.
. Ability to handle large quantities of data (reporting)
. Good management and motivational skills
. Familiarity with Microsoft Window Applications, Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
. Customer-facing and interaction skills.
. This internship is in Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Adrian Dalsey and Larry Hillblom personally oversaw the daily operations until its eventual bankruptcy closed the doors in 1983. At its peak, DHL Air Cargo employed just over 100 workers, management and pilots.
