Responsibilities:
System & Data Maintenance
- Maintain and update employee and client data in SMP, SSA, and Xilnex systems.
- Clean up duplicate or inactive records.
- Coordinate with HR for user ID updates and removals.
- Keep hardware, user, and email listings up to date.
User Account & Email Management
- Create and manage user accounts and access rights.
- Update email aliases and manage support inboxes.
- Assist with spam filtering, password resets, and login issues.
IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Handle IT support requests and resolve system or hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and reformat PCs when needed.
- Support outlet system (Xilnex) issues and liaise with operations on updates.
System Development & Vendor Liaison
- Work with Xilnex vendor on system enhancements.
- Gather and share feedback from departments for improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Windows systems.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling data and user accounts.
- Able to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
- Willing to learn and support daily IT operations and system tasks.
