Job Description

Position Responsibilities

  • Help employees solve hardware and software problems.
  • Assist with setting up computers, installing software, and keeping systems running smoothly.
  • Help monitor and maintain our internal network infrastructure.
  • Handle basic IT helpdesk requests.
  • Help manage our IT equipment.
  • Work with the IT team to solve problems and improve systems.
  • Assist with IT projects.

Qualification And Experiences

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in IT, Networking, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software (Windows & macOS).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn new things.
