What you'll be doing:

  • Learn and apply basic day-to-day work, activities, or projects.
  • Support in scheduling, coordinating and maintaining all training sessions training calendar, training materials, training attendance and training evaluations.
  • Support in preparing training records and reports, and in maintaining compliance training.
  • Participate in and support staff engagement initiative.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time by the management.
  • Collate and communicate training data and reports from regional / countries as needed.
  • Assist in recording department meeting minutes.
  • Support in managing department e-filing system. Training Development
  • Perform basic graphic designing and video editing tasks using provided tools as needed from time to time.
  • Develop, implement, administer, and maintain a learning management system.
  • Transform training material into different modes of learning (example: videos, PowerPoint slides, e-book, etc.).

About you:

  • Currently a student in Hospitality Management / Multimedia / Mass Communications / Business Administration Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
  • Able to commit for at least three (3) months to six (6) months.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications with good numeric and reconciliation skills.
  • Eager to learn, meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English.
  • Resourceful, self-starter, assertive and a good team player
