Project Title:

NPI Streamline Physical & System Audit

Description:

Setup monitoring / Tracker for NPI Lot to audit physical vs system.

Scope:

Engage with different team to establish and generate a tracker to audit NPI Physical lots
Monitor NPI Lot movement
Enter Line Walk to audit physical NPI Lot location, engage with NPI team to get input and update for physical locations
Learn and understand assembly flow from CR1 to CR3
Coordinate meetings with several stakeholders to progress on the project

Supporting Team:

Site PDE
MFG Shopfloor / Inventory
OI Team

Deliverables:

Audit Physical and System of NPI Lots
Request Lots and Material to the line
Dashboard / Tracker file that summarize audit Physical vs System NPI Lots

Stretch Goal:

Include Material Audit for NPI Desiccator

Internship Duration

3 - 6 months
