We are looking for a Senior Office Executive to ensure the smooth daily operations of our Kuala Lumpur office. This role covers general office administration, enforcement of office policies, and support to the Country Manager in business operations and reporting. The ideal candidate is well-organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Arrangement: Fully On-site

Location: Menara Bangkok Bank, Kuala Lumpur

What You'll Do:

Office Administration & Operations

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive work environment
  • Manage office facilities, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and enforce office policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Coordinate office maintenance, security, and workplace safety requirements
  • Handle administrative functions including mail, documentation, scheduling, and office events

Employee & Compliance Management

  • Ensure employees adhere to company guidelines, office rules, and operational SOPs
  • Serve as the point of contact for staff on office-related matters
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and orientation

Support to Country Manager

  • Assist the Country Manager in general business operations, administrative follow-ups, and cross-department coordination
  • Prepare periodic operational reports, business review documents, and performance summaries
  • Support in reviewing business performance data and presentations

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in office administration or executive assistant roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin as you will need to communicate with Chinese stakeholders
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Experience with AI tools in daily work is a plus
