About the Role

Gain exposure and work with a wide variety of systems, components, workflows, and technologies. This exposure will help identify a specific IT related area of focus that aligns with future career objectives. Assist in analyzing internal user needs and issues to accurately assess, troubleshoot, implement and maintain a solution to meet individual user needs.

• Accurately logs issue and updates ticket history to document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Evaluates and escalates issues as needed to a higher level or other resource.
• Monitor and maintain Group Application support systems to avoid or minimize operational disruptions.
• Troubleshoot system faults and solve application problems.
• Maintain customer and end user communications with a high degree of confidentiality.
• Research new technologies and tools that could benefit you and the team.
• Provide creative solutions to unique challenges.
