As an Operations Analyst, Information Technology Intern, you will support the operations and cybersecurity team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain logs of escalated issues and track until closure;
  • Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides;
  • Create and maintain Gentari IT website;
  • Support Gentari IT Operations initiatives;
  • Assist in the implementation of new IT projects or systems, including setup and testing;
  • Coordinate and arrange meeting sessions or workshops as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any IT related field;
  • Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Products including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting;
  • Understands fundamental networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs;
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals;
  • Skills in documenting processes, procedures, and incidents effectively;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders and documenting issues;

  • Precision in executing tasks and following procedures;
  • Experience working in collaborative environments and contributing to team goals;
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.
