.Document Verification & KYC Review:Assist in verifying new merchant application documents in accordance with bank guidelines and internal Know Your Customer (KYC) standards.

.Merchant Documentation Liaison:Communicate with internal and external sales channels to follow up on pending documentation, resolve application discrepancies, and clarify onboarding procedures.

.Process Optimization & Reporting:Assist the Team Lead in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding volume metrics using Microsoft Excel and Power BI. Prepare operational reports and identify process bottlenecks to improve the merchant experience.

.Cross-Team Administrative Handoff:Coordinate merchant application approvals and file handoffs across sales channels, risk/compliance, and the terminal deployment team.

.Team Collaboration:Maintain strong teamwork and working relationships with team members at all times.

.Regulatory Compliance:Comply with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements.
