Intern - Personal Financial Services (Product Management & Marketing - Money Transfer & FX)

Your responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of product marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives for the Money Transfer & FX portfolio.
• Support the development and enhancement of Money Transfer & FX products by conducting market research, competitor benchmarking and customer insights analysis.
• Assist in analysing product performance, campaign effectiveness and business metrics such as transaction volume, revenue, customer acquisition and digital adoption, and prepare reports and presentations for Management.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, product papers, presentation materials and marketing collateral for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Finance and Distribution Channels to support product enhancement initiatives and campaign execution.
• Assist in managing project timelines, meeting coordination, action trackers and follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process documentation and validation activities for new product features and system enhancements.
• Support the review and maintenance of product information, operating procedures, customer communications and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct industry research on emerging payment trends, digital banking innovations, fintech developments and competitor offerings, and present findings to the team.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency and digital adoption through process enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing strategic projects, campaigns and business initiatives undertaken by the Money Transfer & FX team.
• Perform any other duties and projects assigned by the Team Lead or Head of Money Transfer & FX from time to time.

Requirements

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, International Business, FinTech, Banking, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Internship duration of at least 3 to 6 months.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in product management, digital banking and financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI or data visualisation tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
